Fare Gourmet Brownie Bar is a new concept in Bakery Cafes. For years Bakers have been known to produce a wide variety of conventional sweets but at Fare Gourmet we decided to stick to what we do best....brownies. So, we created one of Australia's first dedicated brownie bars specialising a huge variety of brownies, always baking new combinations to appease the palettes of chocolate lovers...but our Brownies are not your run of the mill brownies. We only use Belgian Callebaut and our brownies can best be described as Fudge Brownies. The Cafe has, what we believe, the best boutique coffee and other treats. We know that one can not live on Brownies and Coffee alone so we sell gourmet panini and pies and of course other treats and sweets that take desserts to a different level.
